We just received more details about Aaron’s drowning. He was at a pool at the home of his friend Roland. Aaron and Roland and his wife were swimming in the pool together. Roland and his wife went inside to cut up a watermelon. When they returned, they saw Aaron at the bottom of the pool.
Roland, who is much smaller than Aaron, still managed to drag Aaron out of the water. Roland’s wife, a nurse, performed CPR on Aaron while Roland called the emergency responders.
Aaron had a pulse after the CPR was performed. The responders continued to administer emergency medication and protocols during the ambulance ride to Hadassah Ein Kerem hospital in Jerusalem.
