Breathing on his own MOSTLY. Still on 45% oxygen on ventilator. He doesn’t have pneumonia anymore. She said infection of throat so maybe strep? Still twitching… stil on seizure medication. Eyes were open the whole time and very awake. Couldn’t control his eyes much though and mouth was moving like he was talking.. looked involuntary.
I don’t know if I’ll be able to meet with the doctors. And I don’t really want to. He’s aware though. He squeezed my hand and moved his feet when I asked. He tried to maintain eye contact with me.
